The central driving force behind Business-Cents is to allow small businesses the opportunity to come together in order to serve humanity. By acting as a bridge between business and nonprofit, we trust that the global impact will be great and multiplied beyond what could ever be achieved by the efforts of a single business.
We strive to facilitate the efforts of many by humbly offering a service and a unifying symbol in order to promote the generosity of the small business. The intentions of this endeavor are to change the culture of giving through small businesses. We understand that many already donate their time, effort, and money to various organizations. We love that! We are not looking to change that, but rather expand upon the selfless giving in order to support exceptional organizations that are making global and local impacts. We believe the best way to do this involves incorporating the small efforts of many.
We are excited to share our vision with you and ask that you consider joining us as we work to invest in the lives of others. We have an opportunity to work together in order to bring change into this world. We are put in place to allow you to connect with exceptional nonprofit organizations. We will track annual donations and provide a unifying symbol that allows your customers, clients, and peers to understand your intentions to serve humanity.
All of the money raised will be sent directly to the affiliated nonprofit organization of your choice. We will not be handling the donations, but will get reports in order to track such donations. Please explore the website, look at the nonprofit organizations, and come to us with any inquiries. We are here to serve you as we strive to ultimately serve the masses.

Living Waters International
About Organization:
Living Water International offers thirsty communities safe-water access as a tangible expression of God’s love throughout Latin and Central America, Africa, and India. Our international teams support communities with sanitation and hygiene education—which ultimately improves health, keeps kids in school, empowers women, and kick-starts local economies. Equipped by our staff, communities develop the skills to become self-sustainable. Since 1990, we’ve transformed lives in 25 countries through more than 15,000 water projects and church mobilization.
Impact Example:
For a house sold at $200,000, Living Water International can provide 78 people with life-changing, safe-water access. Every $1.00 that supports water and sanitation returns $4.00 of health-care savings and time!
Call to Action / Story: This might be good to combine into the call of action but you can decide that. I think it may be good to start off with the story and then move into the Call of Action. Something like this:
Lucy spends two hours every day walking 12 kilometers through a dark, overgrown ravine to bring home 10 gallons of dirty water. She could be using this time to study, dream, and simply be a kid, but instead she braves baboons and monkeys for water that will make her sick.
Women and kids, like Lucy, bear the burden of the world water crisis. Lucy dreams of a better life where she would be safe, healthy, and free to dream. For Lucy and others their big dreams of a better life all begin with clean water.
Every child dreams of a better life—it all begins with safe water! Still, 663 million people are waiting. Help us end the water crisis, change lives with safe water, and share the living water of Jesus Christ.
